Art Challenges From my Instagram Account – Drawings Sketches and Doodles Gallery
Some of my digital, but mostly traditional Drawings, Sketches, Doodles, and Illustrations. I use this Instagram account to help my creative juices flowing by joining and following Art Challenge Prompts to give me ideas and inspiration. They give a different word daily. I ponder on that word and figure out what would be fun to create. I love to use the word as a pun, a popular saying with a twist, and mostly my own silly concept and then I visualize it in my head and start planning it, then I pick up my sketch book and try to bring that idea to life. It’s fun to see where it takes me whether the outcome is a good one or bad. I post almost daily.
My humor tends to be sometimes dry, sometimes dark, sometimes cute or silly, but always fun (at least for me). Some are available in my Irony Design shops (more on this later). Mediums I mostly use are watercolors and Faber Castell Polychromos colored pencils.
